Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1-4 years of experience in logistics/export operations.

• Basic understanding of export procedures and documentation.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Valuable communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to communicate with freight forwarders, transporters, and overseas/internal teams.

• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, customs procedures, and export documentation.

• Experience working with CHA, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.

• Knowledge of ERP/logistics software will be an advantage.
