We are a manufacturer and exporter of brass builder hardware and are looking for an experienced Export Documentation Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage complete pre-shipment and post-shipment export documentation. Coordinate with factory production departments for timely execution of export orders. Prepare complete export documentation according to applicable payment/credit terms. Stay updated on current export/import procedures and documentation requirements. Complete paperwork required for certifications and laboratory test reports. Prepare BO/WO documentation, Certificates of Origin, customs/insurance declarations, and monthly delivery and sales reports. Coordinate with logistics companies, shipping lines and agents for shipment scheduling and bookings. Ensure smooth and timely cargo movement. Coordinate with overseas buyers regarding shipment and cargo requirements. Prepare freight invoices.
Track shipments electronically and maintain shipment-status reports. Qualification & Experience Minimum: Graduate Diploma/Certification in Export-Import Documentation preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Good knowledge of pre- and post-shipment export documentation. Robust coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
