Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Summary

Goodwill Brokerage Firm is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive / Business

Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business,

maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and business opportunities.

Contact potential clients and explain the company's brokerage services.

Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new clients.

Follow up with clients regularly and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Maintain records of client interactions and business activities.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth processing of client requirements.

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities.





Basic knowledge of brokerage and financial services will be preferred.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.

Qualification

Graduate or equivalent qualification.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience

0-6 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Brokerage.

Experience in the financial or brokerage industry will be an added advantage.
