Job Description

Bozzo Cabs is building its driver-partner network in Hyderabad, and we’re looking for energetic, people-oriented individuals to join our Ground Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach Bike, Auto and Car driver partners onto the Bozzo platform.

• Calling and engaging potential driver partners

• Explaining Bozzo's platform, perks and onboarding process

• Generating and following up on driver leads

• Helping partners download and register on the Bozzo Driver App

• Assisting partners with KYC and vehicle document submission

• Coordinating with the verification team to complete onboarding

• Following up with pending and interested partners

• Helping new partners understand the app and onboarding process

• Ensuring onboarded partners become active on the platform

• Following up to ensure partners complete their first ride

• Maintaining daily onboarding records and reports

• Supporting field-level driver acquisition activities when required

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Confident and comfortable speaking with people

• Good at convincing and building relationships

• Comfortable making outbound calls

• Target-oriented and persistent with follow-ups

• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications

• Able to maintain basic Excel/Google Sheets records





• Willing to work in a fast-paced startup environment

• Comfortable with both phone-based and field activities

Languages

Telugu, Hindi & English are required.

Experience

0-3 years

Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to work with targets are welcome.

Qualification

10+2 / Any Graduate

Compensation

Driver & Partner Onboarding Executive: ₹8,000 - 12,000/month + Performance Incentives

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

• Telecalling
