We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer with an architectural background who can lead concept development and deliver cutting-edge design solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating original ideas aligned with creative briefs and refining them in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Professional and Technical Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years' experience within a hospitality design environment

• Bachelor's degree (5 years) in Architecture/ Interior Design

• Expert knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD software programs and experience setting up and working in managed office CAD standards

• Knowledge of MEP systems and ability to communicate with Clients and Engineers as required

• Experience managing and developing specifications, material schedules.

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
