Key Responsibilities

1. Handle and respond to inquiries received from international clients through digital platforms and other communication channels.

2. Communicate effectively with prospective and existing clients in English, both verbally and in writing.

3. Address customer queries regarding the company, products, and services.

4. Coordinate with the sales and relevant internal teams to obtain required information and prepare/send quotations.

5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients on ongoing inquiries and quotations.

6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, follow-ups, and communication.

7. Update and maintain all inquiry and client-related information in *Zoho CRM*.

8. Coordinate internally to ensure timely responses and smooth handling of client requirements.

9. Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently as per business and management requirements.

* Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Good coordination and follow-up abilities.

* Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

* Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with *Zoho CRM* will be an advantage.

* Positive organizational and multitasking skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication platforms.

* Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
