• Business Development: Identify and acquire new industrial clients to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Direct Sales: Generate sales by converting leads, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and managing a healthy sales pipeline.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong ties with key departments (purchase, maintenance, production, engineering) through plant visits and product presentations.

• Technical Consultation: Assess customer lubrication needs and recommend appropriate oil and lubricant solutions from the company portfolio.

• Operations & Finance: Coordinate with internal logistics for smooth delivery, while managing receivables and outstanding payments.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales achievements, pipeline health, and market trends.

• Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering OR an ITI Certificate with 1+ years of industrial product sales experience.

• Experience: 1+ years in B2B/industrial sales (lubricants, oils, chemicals,



or engineering products preferred).

• Core Skills: Proven success in business development, customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management.

• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of industrial lubricants is a solid advantage.

• Travel & Location: Willingness to conduct regular field visits across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.

• Incentive / commission structure (in addition to base salary) based on achieved targets motivating performance-driven sales. (Notice/ Probation Period)
