Vedantix Consulting is looking for a Freelance Business Developer with experience in IT staffing, recruitment sales, B2B tech sales, or lead generation.

What you’ll do:

* Identify companies hiring IT/technology professionals

* Find and connect with decision-makers

* Generate qualified client leads and staffing requirements

* Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels

* Build and maintain a client pipeline

* Work independently and manage your own targets

What we’re looking for:

* Experience in IT staffing sales, business development, recruitment sales, or B2B lead generation

* Strong communication and prospecting skills

* Ability to reach Founders, CTOs, HR/TA leaders, and hiring managers

* Existing client connections/network is a plus

* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
