We are seeking a Loan Officer to handle home loans and mortgage loan sales. This full-time position is based in Kalyan, Thane.

In this role, you will engage directly with clients to understand their loan requirements, provide suitable options, and guide them through the application process. You will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, and making recommendations based on each applicant's financial profile.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting clients in selecting appropriate home and mortgage loans, providing expert advice tailored to their needs.

- Evaluating loan applications for accuracy and completeness, and conducting follow-ups to ensure timely processing.

- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions to facilitate efficient servicing and documentation.

Candidates should possess a graduate degree and ideally have 1 to 7 years of experience in the loan or financial sector. Strong communication skills are essential,



along with a customer-focused attitude.

Additionally, you should be comfortable with field work, and may need to travel for client meetings. A valid driving license is required, and familiarity with using a laptop and mobile device for your day-to-day tasks is expected.

This position requires your presence at the office in Kalyan, Thane during regular working hours, with a fixed schedule to support client needs.
