Job Summary

We are looking for a agile, confident, and student-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for counselling, follow-ups, converting enquiries into admissions, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

* Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses/programs.

* Explain course details, fee structure, admission criteria, batches, and other relevant information.

* Counsel students and parents professionally and address their queries and concerns.

* Follow up regularly with prospective students to convert enquiries into admissions.

* Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

* Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

* Meet assigned admission and conversion targets.

* Conduct campus/institute visits and provide prospective students with relevant information.

* Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, orientations, and promotional activities.

* Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.





* Maintain a professional and positive image of the institute while interacting with students and parents.

Skills & Qualifications

* Relevant experience in education/admissions/counselling will be an advantage.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Solid convincing, counselling, and negotiation abilities.

* Good command of English and Hindi.

* Confident, presentable, and student-friendly personality.

* Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.

* Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Google Workspace.

* Target-oriented and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Experience

Experience in admissions, educational counselling, tele-counselling, sales, or a related field is preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
