We are seeking an experienced Silicon System Validation Leader to lead the validation strategy, execution, and team development for a portfolio of advanced Power Management Integrated Circuits (PMICs), including multiphase controllers, DrMOS/power stages, point-of-load (POL) regulators, integrated power modules, and digital power solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 validation engineers and technicians, ensuring comprehensive silicon and system-level validation from first silicon through production release.

This role combines deep technical expertise in power electronics with strong people leadership, organizational management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence. The leader will establish validation methodologies, drive product quality, accelerate time-to-market, and build a high-performing validation organization supporting next-generation computing, AI, networking, telecom, industrial, and automotive power solutions.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your current role

Technical Leadership

- Own the end-to-end validation strategy for
- Multi-phase voltage regulator controllers
- Smart power stages (DrMOS, SPS)
- POL regulators and DC-DC converters
- Integrated power modules
- Digital power management devices
- PMBus and telemetry-enabled products

- Develop comprehensive validation plans covering

- Functional ,Performance and System level validation
- Electrical characterization
- Corner and stress testing
- Reliability testing
- System-Level validation

System-Level Validation Lead validation in representative customer environments including:
- CPUs and GPUs
- Data center platforms
- Industrial computing systems

Establish system validation platforms supporting:
- AI server power architectures
- High-current multiphase VR solutions

Team Leadership and Organizational Management Manage and grow a validation organization of approximately 20 engineers, including

- Silicon and System Validation engineers
- Automation engineers

Responsibilities include

- Root cause analysis and Statistical analysis

- Design-validation-test triage
- Failure replication techniques

Drive closure of critical issues and validation sign-off risks.

Quality and Release Ownership

Own validation readiness reviews and support:

- Design and Silicon bring-up reviews
- Product qualification reviews
- Production release decisions

Establish metrics for
- Validation coverage
- Defect escape rate
- First-pass success rates
- Customer issue containment
- Time-to-production

Provide executive-level quality and readiness assessments.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

- 15+ years of semiconductor experience , 8+ years in silicon or system validation and 5+ years managing engineering teams.
- Experience leading organizations of 10+ engineers preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of multiple product releases from first silicon to production.
