About the Role

ZingHR is looking for a hands-on System & Network Administrator to manage IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, network systems, endpoints, security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both infrastructure administration and L1/L2 IT support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365, including user accounts, license assignment, and access management.
- Handle employee onboarding/offboarding and secure access provisioning/de-provisioning.
- Manage Exchange Online, mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, and email security policies.
- Monitor system health and troubleshoot network, infrastructure, and connectivity issues.
- Manage endpoint security, antivirus, firewall, and VPN access.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.
- Provide L1/L2 IT support to employees, VIP users, senior management, and business teams.
- Handle hardware, software, OS, network,



and peripheral-related troubleshooting.
- Configure and support Citrix Workspace and enterprise applications.
- Manage IT incidents and service requests using ManageEngine or ITSM tools.
- Perform system setup, OS installations, upgrades, and employee IT handovers.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles.
- Ensure timely ticket resolution and SLA compliance.

What We're Looking For

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in System Administration / Network Administration / IT Infrastructure Support.
- Strong hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
- Positive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot issues and take ownership of IT operations.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred.
