About The Role We are seeking experienced System Administrators to join SkillsCapital as part of our dedicated team managing enterprise IT infrastructure for a top US multinational corporation. This role offers an exciting chance to oversee large-scale, mission-critical systems that support global business operations and digital platforms.

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing complex Windows and Linux server environments, ensuring their high availability, security, and performance. You will collaborate with distributed teams across infrastructure, cloud, security, and engineering domains to deliver seamless IT services and support the organization’s digital initiatives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in system or infrastructure administration, demonstrating expertise in managing enterprise-level environments. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems, along with familiarity with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.

A solid understanding of networking fundamentals,



including TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls, routing, and switching, is essential. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware, AWS, or Azure will be advantageous. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills are vital to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Windows and Linux server environments to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and security, proactively addressing issues to maintain high system uptime.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user account provisioning to support organizational needs.
- Perform system patching, upgrades, regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and routine maintenance activities.
- Provision and manage user permissions, access controls, and identity management solutions to uphold security standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, operating system, network, storage, and infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Support virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar technologies, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cloud, network, security, and application teams to maintain and enhance enterprise infrastructure.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, operational procedures,



and infrastructure standards for compliance and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, incident response, and provide on-call support as needed to ensure system resilience.
