- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts from office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform L1 infrastructure monitoring and support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Follow ITIL-based incident and support processes.
- Learn and support technologies such as Cloud, Database, and Mainframe.
