We are looking for a Survey Assistant – Total Station & DGPS to support our surveying team in fieldwork, equipment handling, data collection, and survey-related activities. The candidate will work alongside surveyors and field teams on topographical and other land surveying projects.
Free Office-provided accommodation will be available for selected candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist surveyors in Total Station and DGPS survey operations.
- Help with setting up, handling, and carrying surveying equipment at project sites.
- Assist in taking accurate field measurements and recording survey data.
- Support field teams during topographical and land surveys.
- Handle survey accessories such as tripods, prisms, poles, measuring tools, etc.
- Assist in checking and maintaining survey equipment before and after fieldwork.
- Follow instructions from the Surveyor/Project Coordinator during field operations.
- Ensure proper handling and protected transportation of surveying equipment.
- Assist with basic field documentation and maintaining survey records.
- Travel to different project locations as required.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / 12th pass or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic understanding of surveying principles is an advantage.
- Willingness to work at outdoor project sites and in field conditions.
- Ability to work as part of a survey team.
- Physically fit and willing to travel for project work.
- Good communication and learning ability.
