Job Summary

L2 Functional Support Engineer for PLM (TCx, MPP) L2/L3 maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities

1.To work as Functional Support for PLM L2/L3 maintenance services.

2.To analyze and resolve the user issues reported on functional and technical Batches of PLM

3.Provide proactive alerts and mitigate any risks to have continuity of PLM availability

4.To actively track the different metrics from business team

5.To collaborate with different teams (Functional experts, perimeter pilots, Development Teams and Support teams).

6.To provide necessary support to offshore team members

7.To participate in different status and governance meetings, circulate status reports.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong expertise in Siemens PlM Software - TCX And Its Application In Product Lifecycle Management





- Positive understanding in Process Engineering and MPP
- Expereince in Manufactiring Process Planner
- In-depth knowledge of bom management, project management, product configuration, Release Management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot functional issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and drive technical discussions.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Other Requirements

1.Optional But Valuable Certifications In Siemens PlM, Such As Siemens Certified Professional In TeamcenterX Or Related PlM Certifications.
