- Excellent communication skills with experience in handling both customers and client’s internal stakeholders
- Good understanding of any of the Supply Chain functions – Quote to Order, Fulfillment and logistics, Planning functions
- Valuable understanding of working in SAP HANA
- Understands SLAs/KPIs well
- Have done 1-2 transformation projects in his current or previous roles
- Willingness to work in any shifts
- Willingness to work all days from office
