- Manage complete Order-to-Export cycle from PO confirmation to final delivery and documentation closure.

- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for production planning, artwork/packaging requirements, batch readiness, COA and dispatch schedules.

- Prepare/review export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, BL/AWB, Insurance and Bank Documents.

- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines and transporters for timely movement of shipments.

- Obtain and negotiate air/sea freight quotations and continuously optimize logistics costs.

- Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA/RBI, GST and applicable export procedures.

- Handle Incoterms, LC/TT payment terms, export banking documentation, e-BRC and export realization tracking in coordination with Finance.

- Manage applicable RoDTEP, Advance Authorization and other export perks/incentives.

- Coordinate with Regulatory, QA, Finance, Purchase,



Sales and manufacturers to ensure shipment readiness and market-specific requirements.

- Maintain country/customer-wise PO tracker, production tracker, shipment tracker and outstanding payment tracker.

- Proactively identify production, documentation, regulatory or logistics delays and escalate them before they impact customer commitments.

- Verify freight, CHA and logistics invoices and monitor actual landed/export costs against approved costing.

- Maintain complete shipment records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.

- Provide weekly MIS covering open orders, production status, dispatches, shipments in transit, pending documentation, receivables and exceptions.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
