Role & responsibilities

- Manage and analyze logistics & operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.

- Create automated dashboards using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and other formulas.

- Track KPIs, SLAs, TAT, productivity, service levels, and operational performance.

- Conduct RCA and identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.

- Provide data-driven insights and performance reports to management.

- Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and validation of operational data.

- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and consolidate data.

- Monitor targets, highlight deviations, and support corrective actions.





- Handle ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and business insights as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates residing in West Delhi + should be self travellers will be preferred.

- Experience: 2-5 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, MIS, or a related field.

- Graduate degree in BBA, MBA, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline preferred.

- Strong hands-on experience in Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation is required.

- Candidates should have robust analytical skills and the ability to convert operational data into meaningful insights.
