- Managing packaging material inventory across locations
- Coordinating transporters, pickups & dispatches
- Tracking shipments and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Maintaining daily operational reports and escalating delays/issues
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-4 years of experience in FMCG / Food / Cold Chain. (Mandatory)
- Strong coordination & follow-up skills
- Good understanding of Supply Chain, Dispatch & Inventory Control
- Comfortable managing multiple factories and clients simultaneously
- Valuable command of Excel & Email
- Experience with multiple vendors/factories is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Zoho Inventory or similar platforms is a plus
