SEREKO is India’s 1st Psychodermatology brand , built around the unique proposition of addressing the impact of mental stress on skin health. The company is developing an integrated D2C wellness portfolio spanning topical skincare products and complementary Nutraceuticals , focused on addressing skincare concerns through a holistic approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate procurement, production planning, and inventory management across multiple suppliers and 3PLs.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast demand using historical data and sales projections.
- Work closely with internal teams (product development, marketing, customer experience) to ensure timely product launches and replenishment.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers to manage lead times and mitigate supply risks.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate, on-time fulfilment.
- Maintain and improve supply chain systems, documentation, and reporting.




- Support sustainability and cost-saving initiatives within the supply chain process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations—preferably in CPG, beauty, or skincare.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory systems, and ERP software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent).
- Excel wizardry and a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, evolving environment with a startup mentality.
- Passion for skincare and beauty a plus!
