- Prepare supply, demand and inventory plans based on forecasts and business requirements.
- Monitor stock levels, safety stock, reorder levels, stock-out and excess inventory risks.
- Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with suppliers for production and timely delivery.
- Monitor forecast vs. actual sales and adjust supply plans accordingly.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, transportation and warehouse operations.
- Manage import/export shipments, freight forwarders, customs clearance and shipment documentation.
- Track ETD, ETA, delivery schedules and shipment status and resolve delays.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, customs agents and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times, freight/logistics costs and inventory movement.
- Maintain PO, inventory, shipment and logistics records and prepare SCM reports/trackers.
- Handle documents including Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB and Certificate of Origin.
- Identify supply chain risks and support cost optimisation and process improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, analysis and reporting.
