We are looking for a Supervisor with solid experience in banking collections to support training, quality, compliance, and operational activities across assigned locations.
The role involves coordinating with Training Supervisors, monitoring performance, supporting process improvements, and ensuring required standards and documentation are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of coordination for assigned locations and work closely with the Zonal Training Manager.
- Coordinate training activities across assigned locations with Training Supervisors.
- Prepare and publish a training calendar for the assigned zone.
- Monitor and validate new-hire training certification results and performance.
- Ensure training processes and standard operating procedures are followed across assigned locations.
- Coordinate zone-level training initiatives and employee engagement activities based on operational requirements.
- Monitor training provided to employees requiring additional performance support and provide inputs to Training Supervisors.
- Monitor and validate call listening and feedback sessions.
- Ensure call quality examples and reference libraries are maintained and reviewed regularly.
- Prepare refresher training materials and share them with Training Supervisors for implementation.
- Review actual performance against defined targets and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues related to dialer systems, LMS, and other training-related infrastructure.
- Track complaints and escalations and ensure they are addressed within the required timelines.
- Maintain records of complaints and escalation closures.
- Ensure required compliance documents and records are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with Operations, Training, Quality, and other relevant teams to support business requirements.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to training, performance, quality, and compliance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in banking collections.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team coordination role.
- Good understanding of collection processes and customer interactions.
- Experience working with Training, Quality, or Operations teams.
- Good knowledge of performance monitoring and process adherence.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple activities across different locations.
Qualification
- Any graduate degree.
- Relevant experience in banking collections, operations, training, or quality will be preferred.
Compensation ₹3.0 – ₹3.5 LPA, based on relevant experience and skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
