About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Physics Tutor who can both teach and build courses. You will design structured physics courses from scratch, create engaging learning material, and deliver sessions that help students build conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving skills for NEET, JEE, and board exams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complete physics courses, including the syllabus structure, chapter sequencing, and learning outcomes aligned with the latest NEET, JEE, and CBSE patterns.

- Create lesson plans, concept notes, practice sheets, assignments, and chapter-wise and full-syllabus tests.

- Write accurate, well-explained questions and step-by-step solutions for both theory and numerical problems.

- Record video lectures and video solutions for online and hybrid course formats.

- Conduct live classes, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision sessions for students.

- Assess student performance through tests and assignments, and give feedback to help students improve.

- Review and update existing content regularly to keep it accurate, clear, and current with exam trends.

- Work with the academic, DTP,



and video production teams to make sure course material is presented well.

- Keep up with new developments in physics education and teaching methods.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics or a related science field (B.Tech/M.Tech candidates with strong physics skills are also welcome).

- Strong command of the NEET and JEE physics syllabus, difficulty levels, and exam trends.

- Expertise in derivations, numerical problem-solving, and theoretical concepts.

- Transparent communication and the ability to explain complex topics simply.

- Comfort with teaching on camera and using digital tools (Google Workspace or MS Office, basic presentation and video tools).

- Prior experience in teaching, content creation, or course design is a plus.
