Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities in countries like UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe etc.
- Understand student profile, career goals and suggest suitable universities, courses and countries.
- Guide students through the entire admission process - application, SOP/LOR review, documentation and visa guidance.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, follow-up on leads via calls, WhatsApp and emails and convert them into admissions.
- Stay updated with latest university intakes, entry requirements, scholarships and visa policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor / Overseas Education Counsellor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust knowledge of overseas education system and visa process.
- Pleasing personality and counselling skills.
