We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator to be that person at Studio Chintala's Bangalore studio.

This is a varied, people-focused role at the heart of our studio. You’ll work closely with our leadership and teams to keep daily operations running smoothly, bring structure to busy days, and help make the studio a great place to work.

What you’ll be doing

- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and follow-ups across teams.
- Keeping everyday studio operations and administration organised.
- Supporting leadership with planning, communication, and practical tasks.
- Helping with onboarding, team activities, and people-related administration.
- Supporting marketing coordination and studio events.
- Staying connected with the team, spotting practical issues, and helping get them resolved.
