Job Summary: The Studio Manager will oversee daily studio operations, drive client sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You'll lead a team of fitness professionals, manage budgets, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Operations: 1. Manage studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

- Supervise staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor client feedback and resolve concerns.

Sales and Marketing: 1. Drive client sales, achieving monthly targets.

- Devise strategies to retain clients.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Build relationships with corporate partners and community organizations.

Financial Management: 1. Manage budgets,



controlling expenses and optimizing revenue.

- Analyze sales and membership data to inform business decisions.

Leadership: 1. Lead and motivate a team of private trainers, group fitness instructors, and sales staff.

- Recruit, train, and develop staff to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive studio culture.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in hospitality/ Pilates studio or a related field.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales and marketing expertise.

Desirable Qualifications: 1.

Experience with gym/ studio operations software.

- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with fitness programming and trends.

Working Hours: Varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
