Most students in government schools make the jump to college with almost no support. Schools have no systematic setup for career guidance, career awareness, help with entrance exam applications, mentorship or entrance preparation. So students miss deadlines, never hear about the colleges and courses open to them, or stop after Class 12. We're building that whole stack inside government schools, free for students, in partnership with state and district governments.
Bijapur is one of India's Aspirational Districts. We run the program with the District Administration across the Bijapur, Bhairamgarh, Bhopalpatnam, Usur and Gangaloor blocks, and we're now extending it to the district's full Class 12 cohort.
The role
As a Student Success Manager you own the college transition for the government schools assigned to you. You lead the program on the ground, run school-level activities, mentor students, and teach your subject.

Location: Bijapur District, Chhattisgarh (full-time, on the ground)
Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics
What you'll do
- Own the college transition for your schools, from a student's first career conversation to their college admission
- Lead the program at each school and coordinate school-level activities with headmasters, teachers and the District Program Coordinator
- Run career guidance and career awareness sessions so students know which courses, colleges and careers are open to them
- Take students through entrance exam applications, registration, documents and university counselling
- Mentor students and track each one's progress toward college
- Teach your subject for entrance preparation, run regular tests, and give extra support to students who fall behind
- Report progress and results to the District Administration and the District Mineral Foundation Trust
Who we're looking for
- A BTech or BSc from a reputed university
- Strong command of Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics at Class 11–12 level and beyond
- Experience with competitive exams, mentoring or career guidance (a plus)
- Someone who can run a program, not just a classroom, and work well with headmasters, district officials and parents
- Fluent Hindi and strong communication skills
- Willing to be based in Bijapur District for the full appointment

Compensation : ₹40,000 per month
