Student Eligibility

- Age: 18 years and above
- Candidates can join from anywhere in India
- Interested in building a career in the Construction & Interior sectors
- Willingness to undergo training at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and generate student leads from across India
- Conduct field visits to villages, colleges, ITIs, schools and communities
- Conduct awareness meetings and outreach activities
- Counsel candidates about the course, eligibility, advantages and career opportunities
- Explain the free training, food, accommodation and placement support available to students




- Build relationships with local communities and institutions
- Follow up with candidates for enrolment and joining
- Maintain candidate and follow-up records
- Coordinate with the Training Centre and Placement Team
- Achieve student mobilization targets

Requirements
- Good communication, interpersonal and convincing skills
- Strong local network and community contacts
- Willingness to travel for mobilization activities
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Google Forms and MS Excel
- Experience in mobilization, counselling, sales, field work or skill development is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and networking skills can also apply

Incentive & Future OpportunityThis is initially an incentive-based opportunity, with incentives provided for successful student mobilization/enrolment. Based on performance and organizational requirements, there may be an opportunity to continue with Pratham Education Foundation as an employee.
