Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives, based on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team in Kottayam.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students and clients regarding overseas education and immigration opportunities, understanding their requirements, evaluating eligibility, explaining relevant visa processes, and converting prospective enquiries into successful applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with prospective students and clients through phone calls and in-person meetings.
- Understand students' educational and career goals and recommend suitable overseas study options.
- Evaluate client eligibility based on academic, financial, and other relevant requirements.
- Clearly explain admission, application, and visa processes to students and clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and visa-related issues professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Meet individual targets within defined timelines.
- Handle clients confidently and demonstrate strong convincing and negotiation skills.




- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising service quality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Good evaluation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
- Strong interest in overseas education and student counselling.

Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Student Counselling, Study Abroad, or related fields.
- Candidates with experience in Sales, Immigration, Telesales, Telecalling, or Education Counselling are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills may also be considered.
