Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support students throughout the course
- Handle student queries via calls, chats, and emails
- Explain course details, fees, and enrollment process
- Follow up with leads and convert into admissions
- Maintain student records and updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 6 months experience in counseling/sales
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
