Role Description The Student Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with photo and video shoots, setting up and organizing equipment, and helping manage lighting, backgrounds, and other on-set requirements.

The Student

Assistant will support file management, basic editing preparation, and maintaining an orderly studio environment. Additional tasks may include coordinating schedules, preparing shoot checklists, and assisting with social media or portfolio updates as needed.



This role is designed for students or early-career creatives who want hands-on experience in professional photography and media production while supporting the studio’s daily operations.

Qualifications

- Interest in photography, videography, or media production, with a willingness to learn on professional shoots.
- Basic familiarity with cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, or editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for equipment setup, file management, and studio maintenance.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with photographers, clients, and other team members.
- Ability to follow instructions, work safely on set, and adapt to fast-paced, changing shoot environments.
- Reliable time management and ability to commit to a full-time, on-site schedule in Bengaluru.
- Current student or recent graduate in media, visual arts, communication, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
- Portfolio or samples of personal creative work (photography, video, design) are beneficial for consideration.
