Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organised candidate to support our day-to-day office operations. The candidate will handle structural audit along with quotations, client and society communication, documentation, follow-ups and general administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare structural audit report and send quotations, estimates, survey report and proposals.
- Coordinate and communicate with housing society members, committee members, and clients.
- Handle client enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing work orders, invoices, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain records of quotations, projects, payments, and client details.
- Coordinate with the site team, engineers, contractors, and management.
- Schedule meetings and maintain proper documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails,



and WhatsApp communication professionally.
- Follow up with societies for approvals, meetings, quotations, and project updates.
- Perform other day-to-day administrative and office coordination tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engg., B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent
- Freshers and students/young candidates are welcome.
- Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with clients and society committee members.
- Responsible, presentable, and willing to learn.

Joining Requirement
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–5 years of experience can apply. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
