About the Role

DIAMETRIC BUILDS PVT LTD is looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to handle structural design, analysis, detailing, and technical coordination for construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring structural safety, accuracy, quality, and compliance with applicable design standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform structural analysis and design for RCC and other structural systems.
- Design and review foundations, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and other structural elements.
- Prepare and review structural design calculations and drawings.
- Develop structural designs based on architectural drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
- Review structural drawings and ensure proper implementation at the project site.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance for structural execution.
- Check reinforcement details and ensure execution as per approved structural drawings.
- Identify structural issues at site and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Review shop drawings, structural detailing, and construction drawings.
- Ensure structural designs comply with relevant IS Codes, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and execution teams for design changes and revisions.
- Check material specifications and structural construction quality.
- Prepare technical reports,



design calculations, and project documentation.
- Monitor structural work progress and support the project team in resolving technical issues.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC Structural Design and Analysis.
- Positive understanding of foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and reinforcement detailing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of STAAD.Pro / ETABS / SAFE will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of relevant IS Codes and structural design standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate between design and site execution teams.

Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in structural design and engineering.
- Experience in RCC, residential, commercial, real estate, or construction projects will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to coordinate with project sites across Noida, Delhi, and Faridabad.
