and internal training initiatives The Skills That Seal the Deal

4–5 years of experience in strategy/planning across brand, digital, or creative agencies

Proficiency with Gen AI tools for trend analysis, insight mining, and presentation enhancement is an advantage

Deep understanding of brand constructs, consumer behaviour, and media ecosystems

Confident client communicator with excellent storytelling and deck-building skills

Robust leadership presence in internal and external discussions

Ability to break down complex problems and frame solutions with clarity

Collaborative, approachable, and always curious
