We are seeking a highly accomplished Strategic Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Managing Partner / Group CEO.
This is a high-trust Executive Office and Strategic Operations position designed for an individual who can operate beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and contribute to executive decision-making, business analysis, strategic projects and organizational execution.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted extension of the CEO's office, ensuring that priorities are structured, decisions are supported with relevant information and strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Office & CEO Support
- Own and strategically manage the CEO's calendar, priorities, meetings and commitments.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly executive schedules.
- Develop meeting agendas, briefing notes and background material.
- Track CEO commitments, decisions and action items through completion.
- Manage confidential correspondence and executive communications.
- Coordinate with senior executives, clients, investors and external stakeholders.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively resolve scheduling and operational issues.
Strategy & Business Intelligence
- Conduct market, industry, competitor and company research.
- Prepare executive-level reports, business briefs and decision memos.
- Monitor market trends, M&A; activity, competitors and strategic developments.
- Support business planning and strategic reviews.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and prepare preliminary business cases.
- Convert complex information into concise, actionable insights.
Financial & Commercial Support
- Prepare Excel-based analysis, dashboards and management reports.
- Track KPIs, budgets, revenue, margins and business performance.
- Support scenario analysis and commercial evaluations.
- Coordinate with Finance and Strategy teams on monthly business reviews.
- Assist with investment, expansion and partnership assessments.
Strategic Project Management
- Lead selected CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Define objectives, timelines, milestones and ownership.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, HR, Technology, Sales and Marketing.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and escalate critical issues.
- Prepare project dashboards and executive status reports.
- Ensure decisions and strategic initiatives translate into measurable outcomes.
Board & Leadership Support
- Prepare board and management presentations.
- Consolidate information from multiple business units.
- Maintain board and leadership action trackers.
- Prepare quarterly business-review materials.
- Coordinate follow-up on decisions taken by senior leadership.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Coordinate with CXOs, Managing Directors, founders, investors, consultants, bankers, lawyers and international executives.
- Prepare senior-level meeting briefs and stakeholder profiles.
- Support client and partner meetings.
- Represent the Executive Office professionally and discreetly.
Executive Travel & Events
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and executive briefing packs.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
- Manage last-minute changes and high-priority travel requirements.
- Support executive conferences, leadership meetings and corporate events.
Confidentiality & Governance
- Handle highly sensitive financial, strategic, commercial and personal information.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding board matters, investments, negotiations and executive affairs.
- Exercise sound judgment when dealing with sensitive communications and information.
- Maintain professional standards of integrity, discretion and data security.
Technology & Tools
Solid proficiency in

- Power BI / business dashboards
- CRM and project-management platforms

- Generative AI and AI-assisted productivity tools
The ability to use AI for research, analysis, reporting, automation and executive productivity will be highly valued. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management or related discipline.
- MBA, CA, CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience supporting a CEO, Founder, MD, CXO, Managing Partner or senior executive strongly preferred.
- Experience in an MNC, consulting, investment banking, Big 4, PE/VC,
corporate strategy, GCC or CEO Office environment is advantageous.

What We Expect The ideal candidate is someone who does not simply wait for instructions. You should be able to understand the objective behind an assignment, independently gather information, structure the problem, coordinate the appropriate stakeholders, identify risks and deliver an executive-ready outcome.
The role requires someone capable of moving between strategy, analysis, executive operations and project execution without losing attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: ₹18–24 LPA
Monthly Gross Equivalent: ₹1,50,000–₹2,00,000
Additional: Performance-linked bonus and applicable employee benefits.
Compensation will be determined based on experience, demonstrated capabilities and interview performance.
This is a primarily on-site executive-office position requiring close interaction with the Managing Partner, CEO Office and senior leadership.
Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
