- Should be able to Maintain records of the material received and dispatched.

- Responsible for inventory managements at factory between departments.

- He will be responsible for Daily Issue of materials, handling Purchase Orders, Invoices & other documentations related to Inventory.

- Should have Knowledge and will be responsible for maintaining the records of indents, physical materials (physical stock verification and also records in software / MS office).

- Based on the requirement received from departments/manager should be able procure required material and process the loading and unloading of the materials.

- Should be able to take care of Logistics for dispatching materials internally and external and keeping track of the same.

- Experience in Tally is must.

- Should maintain MIS records and submit reports to management.





- Follow FIFO/LIFO method of maintaining inventory. Should be able to work under pressure & flexible.

Qualification and Skills:

- Graduate in any field 2-3 years of experience in managing warehouse operations / Invoicing / Basic GST guidelines

- Should have hands-on experience in store management and accounting

- Experience in Managing Logistics

- Knowledge of MS Office & accounting software’s such as Tally

- Willing to work at Long / Odd hours or in shifts

- Able to Manage Labour / Logistics / Documentation & Overall hygiene.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
