Job Summary

GenBiosis Bioresearch Private Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory, material receipt, storage, and documentation activities. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in a bioresearch, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, laboratory, or healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase & Procurement

- Manage end-to-end procurement of laboratory, research, office, and facility-related materials.
- Source materials from approved vendors and obtain quotations for purchase requirements.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, delivery timelines, quality, and documentation.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain vendor database, quotations, comparative statements, and purchase records.

Stores & Inventory Management

- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and initiate purchase requirements accordingly.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and storage of materials.
- Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and storage conditions wherever applicable.
- Coordinate with respective departments for material requirements and issuance.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain GRN, PO, stock registers, invoices, material issue records,



and other relevant documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and traceability of purchased and stored materials.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required purchase and inventory records.
- Follow company SOPs, quality requirements, and applicable GxP practices.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain / Logistics / related discipline.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Stores & Purchase.
- Experience in bioresearch, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, laboratory, or healthcare organization is preferred.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, vendor coordination, and documentation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP/software-based inventory systems.
- Good communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹29,000.00 - ₹37,196.20 per month
