Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Supervisor to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory, stock movement, and store staff. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth and efficient store management.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily store and warehouse operations.

· Receive, check, and properly store incoming materials.

· Issue materials as per approved requirements and maintain proper records.

· Maintain accurate inventory and stock registers.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.

· Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

· Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of materials.

· Maintain records of inward and outward stock.

· Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments.

· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports.

· Identify damaged, expired, excess,



or shortage of stock and report to management.

· Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security of the store.

· Supervise and allocate work to store staff/helpers.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and SOP's.

Required Skills

· Good knowledge of inventory and store management.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

· Experience with inventory/ERP software will be an advantage.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

· Valuable team-handling and problem-solving skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

Qualification

· Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

· Candidates with relevant Store/Warehouse experience will be preferred.

· Reduction of stock discrepancies and damages

· Timely submission of inventory reports

Pay: ₹12,122.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
