Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth functioning.

- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve business targets.

- Drive sales, customer service, and overall store performance.

- Manage staff attendance, rostering, discipline, and daily productivity.

- Ensure proper stock receiving, replenishment, inventory control, and stock accuracy.

- Monitor visual merchandising, product display, pricing, and store hygiene.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily store reports.

- Ensure company policies, SOPs, safety, and compliance are followed.

- Coordinate with the Area Manager and Head Office regarding store operations and requirements.

- Analyze sales and operational reports and take corrective actions where required.

- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of store employees.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
