Role Description The Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising team performance, and providing coaching to maintain service standards.

The Store

Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates with suppliers, manages merchandising, and ensures that all food safety and hygiene protocols are followed. Additional responsibilities include handling customer queries and feedback,



managing point-of-sale activities, tracking sales performance, implementing loss prevention measures, and ensuring the store meets operational and financial targets.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Effective interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging customers and leading store teams.
- Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, inventory control, and daily operations.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and minimize shrinkage.
- Experience in food retail, QSR, or health-focused brands is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Competence with basic POS systems, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
