Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant store operations and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Receive food, beverage, packaging, cleaning materials, and other supplies from vendors.
- Check quantity, quality, expiry dates, temperature, and specifications of received items.
- Verify goods against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and delivery challans.
- Maintain proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inventory records.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices for food and perishable items.
- Maintain appropriate storage conditions for dry, chilled, frozen, and non-food items.
- Issue stock to the kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Monitor daily stock movement, consumption, wastage, and shortages.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and monthly stock audits.
- Investigate and report stock variances, damages, shortages, and wastage.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Kitchen, Restaurant Operations, and Accounts teams.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and raise purchase/reorder requirements on time.
- Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward stock movements.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, hygienic, and pest-free.
- Ensure proper labelling, date marking, and storage of products.
- Monitor product expiry and arrange timely utilization or disposal of expired/damaged stock.
- Control unnecessary stock holding and help reduce inventory costs and wastage.
- Maintain records of vendor deliveries, returns, shortages, and rejected materials.
- Support management during internal and external stock audits.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant food safety, hygiene, and inventory procedures.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
