About the Role

Sophyia’s Designs is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to join our boutique team in Thamarassery, Kozhikode.

We are looking for someone with a passion for fashion, strong customer-handling skills, and the ability to lead and manage a sales team.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations
- Handle and assist customers professionally
- Lead and manage the sales team
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store activities
- Maintain a welcoming and organized store environment

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion, boutique, or retail sales




- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Team management experience
- Good sales and target-oriented approach
- Energetic, responsible, and customer-friendly
- Passion for fashion and boutique retail
