Store Manager

Location: Ecotech-2, Greater Noida

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Experience: 10+ years

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with 10+ years of experience in the automotive industry to manage overall store operations, inventory control, material movement, and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day automotive store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials, spare parts, components, and inventory.
- Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) implementation and inventory rotation.
- Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, and excess stock.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage, identification, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of required materials.
- Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, stock registers, and system records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.




- Lead and supervise store/warehouse staff and allocate work effectively.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Mandatory experience in FIFO and inventory/stock auditing.
- Strong knowledge of store management and inventory control.
- Experience in stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
- Good understanding of material documentation and warehouse processes.
- Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
