Job Summary

High-Pro Feeds is looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage the day-to-day activities of our plant store, including receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, packing materials, and other store items.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and inspect materials, spare parts, consumables, and other items received at the store.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain proper records of all inward and outward materials.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments against authorized requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and ensure physical stock matches records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper identification, labeling, stacking, and safe storage of materials.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform management about items requiring replenishment.
- Maintain records of slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and excess stock.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts,



Production, and Maintenance departments regarding material requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all store-related records.
- Follow company procedures for inventory control, material handling, and safety.

Qualifications

- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma qualification.
- Previous experience as a Store Keeper, Store Assistant, or in inventory management is preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock documentation.

Experience 1–3 years preferred, particularly in a manufacturing, feed or industrial environment.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
