Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day depot store operations and maintain proper stock levels.
- Receive, inspect, and issue spare parts, consumables, tools, lubricants, tyres, batteries, and other materials.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, GRN, issue/receipt records, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure materials are issued only against authorized requisitions.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and initiate timely purchase/replenishment requirements.
- Maintain proper records of bus spare parts and maintenance-related materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations, Purchase, Accounts, and Depot Management.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, preservation, and safety of all materials.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, and obsolete stock.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards within the store.




- Support internal/external audits and provide required inventory reports.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and consumption reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Stores, Inventory Management, Logistics, Mechanical, or related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in bus transport, automobile, fleet, or workshop operations.
- Good knowledge of automobile spare parts and maintenance consumables will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/store management systems.
- Strong documentation, stock-control, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a depot/shift-based operational environment.
