Role Description The Store Incharge at Akshayakalpa Organic is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, ensuring proper display and stock levels of Akshayakalpa Organic products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Incharge will monitor inventory, coordinate with supply chain teams for timely replenishment, and implement retail loss prevention practices.



This position also includes supervising store staff, managing store documentation, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

Incharge will interact with customers on the shop floor, address queries, resolve issues, and promote a positive customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills to support Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in Store Management, including inventory control, merchandising, and staff coordination.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or grocery/dairy stores is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or point-of-sale systems and comfort with using digital tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage shift-based schedules, and handle physical tasks related to store operations.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in retail management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
