- Manage day-to-day store operations and maintain proper stock records.
- Receive, inspect, and issue LPG/PNG materials, equipment, tools, and accessories.
- Maintain accurate GRN, inward/outward, stock registers, and material issue records.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Maintain proper identification, storage, and secure handling of LPG/PNG-related materials.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Project, Site, and Accounts teams for material requirements.
- Track material movement between the warehouse, office, and project sites.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the store.
- Maintain records of damaged, excess, shortage, and returned materials.
- Follow company procedures for material handling and inventory control.
