Job Details

Location : Phul gaon, Markal Alandi road Pune

Experience : 4+

Qualification : Diploma / Graduate

Key Responsibilities

- Store & Dispatch operations in an automotive manufacturing plant
- Material receipt, storage, issue & inventory control
- Finished goods dispatch planning and execution
- Preparation of Domestic & Export Invoices
- E-Way Bill generation and related compliance
- Preparation of Export Dispatch Documents
- Packing List, Tax Invoice, Delivery Challan & other dispatch documentation
- Coordination for export shipments with Transporters / CHA / Logistics teams




- Vehicle planning, loading and timely material dispatch
- Customer-wise dispatch scheduling and follow-up
- GRN, material inward & outward documentation
- FIFO / FEFO and proper material identification
- Stock verification and inventory reconciliation
- SAP / ERP transactions related to Store & Dispatch
- Coordination with Production, PPC, SCM, Quality & Accounts
- Handling transporters and ensuring on-time delivery
- Maintaining proper dispatch records and documentation
- Maintaining 5S and proper material storage practices
