Job title: Store Executive/ Sr Executive

Location: Suratgarh , Rajasthan

Industry: Distillery / Manufacturing

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing material receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials during the Greenfield distillery project and subsequent plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, spares, consumables, and project materials.
- Maintain proper stock records, GRN, material issue/return, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure systematic storage, identification, preservation, and safe handling of materials.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic physical stock verification, and reconcile inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and applicable safety, housekeeping, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in developing stores systems,



bin locations, coding, and SOPs for the new plant.
- Coordinate with vendors/transporters for material receipt and documentation.
- Ensure proper control of critical spares and project materials to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Stores, Commerce, or Engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in a distillery, brewery, FMCG, chemical, or manufacturing project.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Excel, inventory control, and documentation.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
